Multiple large box tenants and including Ashley Furniture, Blue Pearl Animal Hospital, Home Goods, Sketchers, & TJ Maxx, and Marshalls totaling approximately 150,000 total gross sq-ft.
Asbury Park Redevelopment
4th Avenue Pavilion
Interior renovation of an existing three-level retail center on the Asbury Park boardwalk. Each level is approximately 16,900 sq-ft. The basement level is proposed to be built out as a future beach club. The ground level will consist of retail space and the second floor will consist of office space. Amenities on the roof include toilet rooms and rooftop deck.
5th Avenue Pavilion
Interior renovation and expansion of an existing three-level restaurant/retail center on the Asbury Park boardwalk. The basement level is currently a service area for the restaurant above and existing utility entrance location for the building. The ground level restaurant remained with balance of the ground floor designed for future retail and restaurant space. The second floor expanded out over the existing first floor roof to include additional kitchen and dining space. An exterior bleacher area will be constructed along with a new exterior band shell. Two new elevators will also be installed.
Audi, Bethesda, MD
New four story, 15,000 sq.-ft. auto dealership consisting of a new car showroom, sales and general office spaces, customer lounge, break room, café, and inventory areas.
BMW Rockville, MD
New four story, 327,445 sq-ft BMW sales and service facility. The building included a showroom, associated offices for the display and sale of motor vehicles, service drive lanes for drop-off of customer vehicles, a service department with vehicle lifts for service, parts department with storage racks for vehicle service parts, body shop and multiple levels of parking garage. Design included a central plant chiller and boiler system, hydronic snow melt at vehicle ramp areas and was designed in compliance with the 2012 IgCC for high efficiency buildings.
Bergen Town Center, Paramus, NJ
Multiple retail tenant fit-outs, management office, Guest Services Kiosk, and restrooms. East Parcel Expansion consisting of 17,000 SF for future retail tenants.
Clark Commons, Clark Township, NJ
Multiple retail tenant fit-outs for small and big box retailers totaling approximately 250,000 sq-ft.
District Center at Waypoint, Norwalk, CT
Mixed use retail and residential with two-levels of below grade parking. This project consisted of new construction of a two-story retail center approximately 130,000 square feet. Additionally, a five-story multi-tenant residential tower (appx. 100,000 sq-ft total) was located above the retail space. The residential portion consisted of 80 residential units, common area halls, stairwells and multi-purpose common areas.
EuroMotorcars Bethesda, MD
Redevelopment of the EuroMotorcars’ campus. The project was approached in (4) separate construction phases as follows:
Phase I: Temporary sales area interior alteration
Phase II: Main facility renovation and addition
Phase III: Service reception building alteration
Phase IV: Carwash building and parking lot lighting
The main facility included a showroom, associated offices for the display and sale of motor vehicles, service drive lanes for drop-off of customer vehicles, a service department with vehicle lifts for service, parts department with storage racks for vehicle service parts and a basement level maintenance shop with Car-Mon vehicle exhaust system. The new facility was constructed to marry up to an existing parking garage to provide continuous drive paths with two levels of parking above the new showroom.
Family Ford, Netcong, NJ
Renovation to an existing sales building and separate service building for a Ford dealership. The sales building was approximately 7,750 sq-ft and the service building was approximately 15,000 sq-ft. MEP design followed the Ford developed prototypical requirements that was adapted to the building footprint and utilities.
